Rob brings over 14 years of commercial experience spanning family businesses and private investment offices across the UK, Dubai, and Singapore. His career has involved managing operations and private affairs for CEOs, as well as acting as the local representative of the Chairman’s Office for a large, family-founded luxury hospitality group. Prior to this, Rob spent four years with a high-growth, family-owned luxury group in the UK, where he contributed to international strategic expansion.

His diverse experience extends across luxury hospitality, real estate development, and structuring investment deals with private groups from Mexico to Australasia, Kenya, and China. He also managed the office of a prominent private individual with leisure and events ventures in the UK before relocating to the Middle East.

For the past eleven years — four based in Dubai and seven in Singapore — Rob has combined advisory work with select ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) Principals and his own principal investing activities, all with a focus on generating positive economic impact. He continues to advise international families on strategic business growth initiatives and maintains a personal portfolio of interests spanning energy supply and demand management, AI, infrastructure, disability inclusion, biotech, and luxury.

In addition to his investment and advisory work, Rob holds various advisory roles in the private capital sector and actively supports two educational charities as a Board Member and ex officio Advisor. Through these initiatives, he has helped raise over USD $1 million across 2024 and 2025, driving educational opportunities both in Singapore and globally.

Rob has maintained a base in Singapore since 2017, with his family relocating to the UK in 2024. He works closely with global family office clients and partners, co-investing and advising on growth equity and early-stage ventures focused on delivering positive societal and environmental outcomes.

In 2019, he founded Asian Future, a peer-led initiative that creates meaningful discussion opportunities for Family Offices within his network — exploring global trends and their implications for Asia in what is often termed the “Asian Century.”

Prior to his commercial career, Rob served as an Officer in a combat regiment of the British Army, leading operations and training deployments across the globe.
